Rex is the Chairman of the Trust. Father of 6 children and local businessman. Rex has been involved in all aspects of Horticulture for many years. Rex loves watching athletics and rugby. Rex is also a trustee on Te Aranga Marae.
Rex Graham has forty years of experience in governance and commercial activities. He is Company Director and Managing Director of Fresh NZ Ltd and associated companies. Rex Graham is Chairman of U-Turn Trust. He is a Trustee of the Te Matau Maui Waka Te Aranga Marae and Hawke’s Bay Regional Councilor.

Lawrence is Chairman of the Hawke’s Bay Regional Sports Park Trust. Lawrence was instrumental in the corporatisation of Hawke’s Bay Airport and was the inaugural Chairman of the Pettigrew Green Arena.
Lawrence is the current President of Local Government New Zealand, first elected in July 2008. Before being elected President he served as a provincial sector chair and member of the National Council of Local Government New Zealand, with special responsibilities for the transport and water portfolios. Lawrence was reelected President unopposed in 2011 and 2014. Lawrence is also Chairman of the Commonwealth Local Government Forum. Lawrence has an Honours Degree in Engineering, and has been made a Fellow of the Institute of Professional Engineers.

Taine Randell former All Black Captain, with 51 test appearances and recent Crown appointed Hawke’s Bay Limited Airport Board member. Taine has several commercial directorships including Kahungunu Asset holding company, Fiordland Lobster Company, and freeze dried snack food business Kiwi Garden. He coaches Junior Rugby MAC and is a father of two boys.

Graeme is a founder and director of 3R Group.
Graeme sits on a number of boards/councils in both the sustainability and health space. He chaired the development of the Sustainable Business Council’s Vision 2050 initiative.
Graeme is chair of the Hawke’s Bay Health Consumer Council and is a member the Hawke’s Bay Health Alliance Leadership Team. He also chairs the region’s Diabetes Leadership Team. Graeme is on the steering groups of a number of current major projects within the Hawke’s Bay health sector including chairing the Urgent Care Alliance.
